What To Keep In Mind?

What would be the ideal time to go to Cavelossim Beach? If you are keen on participating in the water sports activities, it is advisable to avoid going during the monsoons. November to March is the ideal time as winters offer a pleasant and soothing weather, whereas on the other hand it can get quite sultry during summers and sloppy during the rains.

Cavelossim is not the ideal shopping destination. Nevertheless, a heads up, to help you get smoothly around this small town. You can head to the Saga Store to pick up branded clothing, the D’mello SuperCenter for wine and groceries, the Dharamdas and Sons for ‘all things leather’, and the House of Diamonds for jewellery. Also, stop by the Holy Cross Church, which will take you 5 minutes from the beach.

If you are planning to stay close to the Cavelossim Beach, The Byke Old Anchor is a good idea. It is located at a distance of one minute from the beach.
